Proxy voting for the AGM is available to Owners who cannot attend. 

 

These proxy forms have to be filled in with the Owners Name(s), NIE, Apartment number, dated and signed and sent to the President or Administrators so they can be registered.

 

It important that All proxy forms are registered before the day of the AGM. No proxy forms will be accepted on the day of the AGM.

Please be aware that only one owner per apartment can vote and that person MUST be a legally registered owner (as per the Nota Simple).

Due to previous inconsistences in the voting system, this year, all owners are requested to submit an up-to-date copy of their Nota Simple to the Administrators to confirm their Right to legally vote in this year’s A.G.M.

This process is easy to achieve. It can be done online at: www.registradores.org. You can choose your language and follow the online instructions.

Please be aware that it can take up to 48 hours to receive your copy.

If you prefer, the Administrators can provide this service for you at a cost of 10 euros.

 

We remind owners that they have to be up to date with their community fees in order to have the right to vote at the A.G.M.
