Dear owners,
 

Again we are getting numerous complaints about people feeding stray cats on the complex. This goes against the codes of conduct of Amarilla Bay FASE 1.
 

Please do not feed cats on any public areas on the bay. This includes the car park road which belongs to the complex.
If you have a pet cat please feed it inside your own property where the food cannot encourage strays.
 

If you are letting out your property please inform your tenants of these rules.
