Phase 1 provides free (currently) Internet for Owners.  This is distributed to the apartments using the TV distribution system.  It gives a guaranteed dowload speed of 20Mbps 

 

To access this service a special router is required that connects to "The Bay" TV system.  It is necessary to buy the router for a fixed one off charge in cash including installation.  Details as follows:

Total payable              280 Euro*
